Our Vision
Our vision is to deliver cutting-edge security and loss prevention services. We should be able to handle all security and loss prevention requirements, from initial client interaction to completed systems and end-of-line services, using an integrated system and a competent guard force. We aim to accomplish overall asset protection with our integrated planned strategy.

Quality of Security Services.
To ensure high degree of alertness, a system of surprise checks has been instituted. Our system of Internal Audit is directly under senior officials of the region, who ensures prompt action for smooth functioning. Manager Operations check all posts of their zones at least once in a month.
Our company takes pride in having a Sophisticated Internal Monitoring System (SIMS). We have a dedicated force of Field Supervisors who carry out checking of all posts 5 to 7 times a week, including night checking. Supervisors render a regular report on the performance of each post.
To preclude the possibility of complacency and avoid over familiarization, the guards are rotated at regular intervals. However, in case of specific request from the client, a guard may be permitted to continue over the stipulated time.
Quality OF Security Personnel
The security personnel selected are experienced professional guards who have worked earlier in a similar environment. It is ensured that they have the minimum acceptable educational and physical fitness standards, are capable of communicating properly and handling telephone systems, electronic security equipments, fire detection and control systems. They are made to undergo focused pre-induction training prior to deployment which enables them to discharge their duties and responsibilities in an effective manner.

We have our Operations Mgr., Area Mgr., Field Officers based at major locations responsible for complete operational activities of the concerned areas. We have the mobile patrol vans available to meet any contingent requirements or as per specific demand of the client. Our entire operational staff is equipped with mobile phones and wireless sets on requirement basis for prompt communication

Scope of Services

Indeed, we have the expertise to exceed the expectations of customers. We will tailor our housekeeping services according to your standards, facility requirements and operational schedules. A customized program will give us the ability to bring to your facility the best housekeeping management practices and operating procedures.
Our commitment to the Client is such that:
- We will supply well-trained, uniformed, and highly motivated supervised people.
- We shall be responsible for all materials and equipment utilised in the fulfilment of this contract.
- We shall guarantee that all of our staff wear acceptable uniforms, properly labelled with our emblem, and wear and show their official identity badges.
- Before commencing work, all of our employees will attend daily briefing meetings, as well as weekly safety and productivity meetings, to ensure that industry best practices are followed.
- All of our employees will not be permitted to entertain children, family members, friends, acquaintances, or visitors on client premises.
Management’s primary efforts will be dedicated to:
- Motivating and educating the housekeepers.
- Planning and organising work.
We think that good results are achieved by proven procedures, high-quality cleaning equipment, and a qualified and well-directed crew. Department supervisors in housekeeping services will play a significant role in this respect. They must be sensitive to the quality and amount of work completed by their subordinates, and they must indicate that appropriate steps will be taken in the event of either good or poor quality.
